Return and refund terms and conditions

All returns must be approved by us. Products may be returned within 15 working days of delivery on presentation of the product in its original packaging accompanied by the delivery note or invoice: the cost of return is borne by the customer. It must be accompanied by the corresponding invoices to establish a credit note. Goods delivered more than 1 month previously cannot be returned.

RETURN OF BRANDED, MODIFIED OR USED GOODS

The return of goods that have undergone alterations (removal of labels, retouching, marking, etc.) will not be accepted under any circumstances. Even if the goods are faulty on our part, or if there has been an error in data entry, order preparation or delivery, etc., we will not accept their return. The customer remains responsible for checking that the order has been properly carried out before any work is carried out on the goods.

REIMBURSEMENT TERMS

The reimbursement of an order follows a flagrant design or marking defect beyond the control of the customer. If the customer does not pay for the technical costs of the proof, the U-KNOW brand, which belongs to the WALOMO group, cannot be held responsible for the printing problem. By taking the technical costs of the proof, the customer can legitimately demand a refund or an exchange of the printed material.

If a defect in the structure is observed on first use, and this within 15 working days of receipt of the goods by the customer, the customer may return the goods in their original packaging and the structure will be replaced if the customer wishes or the customer will be refunded in full.
