All orders imply unreserved acceptance of the general conditions listed below.

• All commitments only become definitive once they have been confirmed by us in writing or tacitly by the dispatch of the order.
• An order cannot be cancelled without our prior agreement. 
• Under no circumstances may an order in progress be cancelled.
• Finally, whatever the reason for the breach of contract, no damages or interest may be claimed.

• For all customised creations, the following formats will be taken into account: .ai / . eps / . pdf , at a minimum of 150 dpi, (vectorised format for logos).
• For all special POP products, a tolerance of + or - 3% of the total quantity is allowed. Validation of a special production import order implies acceptance of this tolerance.
• A 30% deposit is required for all special production.

Our prices are ex-works and do not include VAT (20%).

As our products are of various origins, our prices may be readjusted according to currency fluctuations, without further notice from us. A 30% deposit is required for any special manufacture.

Delivery times are given for information only. The seller is authorised to make partial deliveries. If delivery times are exceeded, orders in progress may not be cancelled, payment withheld, delivery rejected or damages claimed.

For all custom-made POP products, a tolerance of + or - 3% of the total quantity is allowed. Validation of a made-to-measure order implies acceptance of this tolerance.

On the express instruction of the customer, we can deliver to your customer. In this case, the customer remains responsible for checking that the order has been carried out correctly, before any work is carried out on the goods.

All returns must be approved by us. Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery on presentation of the product in its original packaging accompanied by the delivery note or invoice: return costs are payable by the customer. It must be accompanied by the corresponding invoices to establish a credit note. Goods delivered more than 1 month previously cannot be returned.

The return of goods that have undergone alterations (removal of labels, retouching, marking, etc.) will not be accepted under any circumstances. Even if the goods are faulty on our part, or if there has been an error in data entry, order preparation or delivery, etc., we will not accept their return. The customer remains responsible for checking that the order has been properly carried out before any work is carried out on the goods.

All complaints must be made within eight days of receipt of the goods.

Our goods travel at the recipient's risk. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the condition of the packages they receive and to make any necessary reservations with the carrier.

Delivery charges are based on the amount of the order excluding VAT. These costs are for delivery to one point only. You will find below the scale for delivery in Metropolitan France.

For French overseas departments and territories, exports and heavy shipments (e.g. steel plates, PVC bases, etc.), delivery charges will be calculated on a case-by-case basis and you may receive an additional invoice.

The transfer of ownership of goods delivered to our customers is suspended until they have been paid for in full (Law of 12 May 1980 N°80-335).
A bill of exchange or any other instrument creating an obligation to pay does not constitute payment.
However, although the buyer is not the owner of the goods, he is responsible for them.

We reserve the right to make changes to our products without prior notice.
Consequently, the photographs and texts appearing in our catalogues, websites and price lists are not contractual.
The U-KNOW brand is a registered trademark of WALOMO.
All U-KNOW products are registered models and must not under any circumstances be copied or counterfeited, under penalty of prosecution.

For all new customers, the first two orders are delivered on receipt of payment. We must submit each customer to our credit insurer. If accepted, payment of our invoices is made in cash within a week with a 1% discount or by bill of exchange at 60 days net date of invoice. For all orders of 100% personalised items, a deposit of 30% must be paid when the order is placed and the balance by bill of exchange at 60 days net (unless refused during order processing: bank transfer before dispatch of goods).

In the event of total or partial non-payment of an order on the due date, the sums due in respect of this order or other orders already delivered or in the process of being delivered shall become immediately payable after formal notice has been served. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the immediate payment of a fixed penalty equal to 15% of the sums due, by way of a penalty clause.
Late payment penalties for non-payment of invoices are automatically due, without reminder, at the rate of three times the legal interest rate in force.
Finally, a fixed recovery indemnity of €40 is payable in accordance with the provisions of Decree no. 2012-1115 of 2/10/2012.

In the event of a dispute, the Bobigny Court shall have sole jurisdiction.
